The regional meeting of the Visegrád six countries in Prague

The main topic of discussion was focused on the exchange of experience in the area of tax evasions and carousel frauds on VAT, especially in fuel trading.

Delegates of above-mentioned tax administrations also negotiated about signing of agreement that should strengthen mutual co-operation in the fighting against tax frauds through exchange of experience and good practices in the area of tax administration activity.

As Mr. Jan Knížek, General Director of the Czech Tax Administration, said, this agreement would extend not only mutual co-operation, but particularly it made more effective cross-boarder co-operation of tax offices in the fighting against tax evasions on international level.
