The Abolition of “EET” submitted to the Senate
On November 25, the Chamber of Deputies approved the Ministry of Finance’s proposal to repeal the Act on Registration of Sales, which should come into effect on January 1, 2023.
The draft law will now be submitted to the Senate. The final termination of sales registration will depend on the final wording of the applicable legislation.
