The Chamber of Deputies discussed the proposal to abolish the EET
On June 24, 2022, the Chamber of Deputies supported the abolition of electronic records of sales (EET) by the end of this year. „EET“ is currently suspended, but entrepreneurs can still use it voluntarily and record sales.
The draft law approved by the Chamber does not envisage the continued operation of the EET system on the part of the Financial Administration, not even for voluntarily registering entrepreneurs.
The bill repealing the Sales Registration Act is still in the legislative process, and the definitive termination of sales registration will thus depend on the final wording of the legislation.
