Administrative fees

Administrative fees, according to Act No.634/2004 Coll., are collected by civil services for administrative proceedings. Fees’ rates are specified in the schedule of charges. All fees are payable before the execution of an administrative operation also by a fee stamps (up to CZK 5000,-).

Communal fees

for example on dogs, on recreation, on waste collection, etc.

Collection of communal fees is specific municipal power; there are no forms for it. Such revenues are income of the municipality itself.

Regulation fees

applies only to visit to a physician, prescription medicament, an emergency visit, or a hospital stay reimbursed from public health insurance.
